Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center: Medical and mental health services and prevention education to young people aged 10 to 22. You can make an appointment for health services or mental health and counseling by calling 212-423-3000.

Free Mental Health Support: NYC Well offers free, confidential mental health support. You can speak to a counselor via phone, text, or chat and get access to mental health and substance use services in more than 200 languages, 24/7/365. You can call call 1-888-NYC-WELL.
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration National Helpline: SAMHSA has a free, confidential National Helpline in both English and Spanish available 24/7, 365-day-a-year. It is available to all individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders. You can call 1-800-662-HELP (4357).
