Free Mental Health SupportNYC Well offers free, confidential mental health support. You can speak to a counselor via phone, text, or chat and get access to mental health and substance use services in more than 200 languages, 24/7/365. You can call call 1-888-NYC-WELL.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration National HelplineSAMHSA has a free, confidential National Helpline in both English and Spanish available 24/7, 365-day-a-year. It is available to all individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders. You can call 1-800-662-HELP (4357).
